What payment options are available?
Rental and outright options depend on the model and current plan. Ask for a written quotation including every payment phase, upfront fee and applicable deposit. Official support
How long is the contract?
3+2 Contract
Three binding years followed by two flexible years. You must complete the first three years. During the following two years, you may end the contract at any time.
5+0 Contract
A fixed five-year contract with no additional flexible period. Monthly rental payments continue until the five-year term is complete.
7+0 Contract
A fixed seven-year contract with no additional flexible period. Monthly rental payments continue until the seven-year term is complete.
9+0 Contract
A fixed nine-year contract with no additional flexible period. Monthly rental payments continue until the nine-year term is complete.
Termination Summary
If you end a 3+2 contract during its two flexible years, Coway will take back the product. If you end a 5+0, 7+0 or 9+0 contract before its stated term is complete, the full outstanding contract amount must be paid and the product will remain with you. Official support
How does servicing work?
Service Schedule
Service and maintenance are provided every four or six months, depending on your plan.
Appointment Reminder
Your Cody will contact you one day before the visit.
Product Service
Your Cody will inspect and clean the product. Filters will be replaced when required.
Service Confirmation

What if I move house?
First Installation
Your first installation at the registered location is free.
Moving the Product
If you move, you are responsible for transporting the product to your new location.
Update Your Address
Call the Coway Careline to register your new address.
New Installation
A Coway technician will install the product at your new location.
Installation Charges
Reinstallation is free after you have used the product for more than one year. Charges may apply if you move within the first year. Official support

Coway service and technical support is available across towns and rural areas in Sarawak. Installation depends on the product and exact location.
