Order online, step by step
Open My eMall Link
Check that WONG CHAN SHEN · 722838 appears at the top or under Product Specialist. If another agent appears, reopen the link above before continuing.
Choose Your Product and Colour
Select a product category, then your preferred model and colour. The video uses Villaem III as an example; options vary by product.
Select Your Package
Review Service Type, Application Type, Package and Promotion. Check the contract length, service frequency and price. A promotional rate may apply only for an initial period before the normal rental rate resumes.
Review Your Cart
Select Add To Cart, then View Cart. Check the model, colour, package, quantity and amount. Select Proceed to Checkout and follow the sign-in or guest-checkout options available.
Fill In Your Details
Enter your customer details and delivery address. Check your email and phone number carefully. Upload identification only if requested through the official checkout.
Read the Terms
Scroll through the Terms & Conditions fully. Tick the agreement boxes only after reading and agreeing. If a box cannot be selected, check that you have scrolled to the bottom.
Complete Your Payment
Select Proceed and follow the payment instructions. Confirm the amount before Proceed to Pay. Never share your password, card security code or OTP with me.
Check Your Order Updates
After payment, check your email for confirmation. Look for updates by email/SMS or under Account → My Orders. Coway will contact you to arrange installation; payment confirmation is not an installation appointment.
Review and send your message in WhatsApp. Opening it does not submit an enquiry.
